摘　　要：宣钢3#高炉2015年10月16日停炉中修。开炉前进行炉缸清理,高炉本体烘炉及系统试压检漏,装料,制定详细周密的开炉方案等一系列措施,于2016年3月1日顺利点火送风。开炉达产过程中,高炉的各项操作制度调整、炉况调剂及时准确到位,实现了高炉中修开炉快速达产。The blast furnace 3 of Xuan Steel blew off and got into medium repair in Oct 16,2015. It was ignited and blew on in First of May,2016 smoothly. Before that a series of measures was adopted： cleaning hearth,body of blast furnace firing,system pressure test and leakage check,charging,making out a detailed and thorough blow ing on plan. In the process of blow ing on and reaching the target output,all the operation system adjust,furnace conditions regulation are in time and accurate,the fast blow ing on and getting the rated output is realized after medium repair.
