三甲医院急诊护理人员应急救援能力分析

摘　　要：目的调查急诊护理人员应急救援能力现状,以期为急诊护士应急救援能力培训提供依据。方法研究小组成员参照相关的文献资料,建立护理人员应急救援能力调查表,并由专家评价和修正,预调查,调查昆明5家三甲医院190名急诊科护理人员。结果 190名急诊护士应急救援能力总分(222.55±25.05)分。现场急救能力(44.68±5.35),现场判断能力(18.83±2.579)分,应急救援知识(32.37±4.80)分,感染控制知识(38.21±5.50)分,应急评估能力(18.36±2.88)分,应急管理能力(43.01±6.70)分,应急适应能力(27.09±3.67)分。结论三甲医院急诊科护理人员现场急救能力相对较强,其他六个方面能力存在着差距,应该开展针对性培训,提高护理人员的应急救援能力,提高抢救成功率。Objective To survey the emergency rescue ability status of emergency nursing personnel in order to provide basis for training the emergency rescue ability of emergency nurses. Methods The emergency rescue ability questionnaire of the nursing personnel was established by members in the research group referring to the relevant literature data, and evaluated and revised by experts, and 190 nursing personnel in the emergency department in 5 AAA hospitals in Kunming was surveyed. Results In the 190 cases of emergency nurses, the total score of emergency rescue ability score, on-the-spot emergency ability score, on-the-spot judgement ability score, emergency rescue knowledge, infection control knowledge score, emergency evaluation ability score, emergency management ability score and emergency adaptive ability score were respectively（44.68±5.35） marks,（44.68±5.35） marks,（18.83±2.579） marks,（32.37±4.80） marks,（38.21±5.50） marks,（18.36±2.88） marks,（43.01±6.70）marks and（27.09±3.67） marks. Conclusion The on-the-spot emergency ability of nursing personnel in the department of emergency in AAA hospitals is relatively strong, but there are still gaps in the other abilities on six aspects, we should carry out the targeted training thus improving the emergency rescue ability of nursing personnel and improving the rescue success rate.
