摘　　要：目的探讨门诊患者进行规范化健康教育护理干预对其预后及生活质量的影响。方法 2015年7—12月该院门诊部实施常规护理每月抽取在各科门诊就诊的患者80例,共480例作为对照组,选取2016年1—5月该院门诊部进行健康教育护理,每月抽取各科门诊就诊的患者80例,共480例作为实验组,观察比较两组患者的就诊满意度效果。结果实验组患者非常满意率为66.67%,满意率为20.83%,不满意率为12.5%,总满意率为87.50%。对照组患者非常满意率为47.92%,满意率为25.00%,不满意率为27.08%,总满意率为72.92%。根据研究结果可以看到,实验组患者的总满意率均明显高于对照组患者,P≤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过加强门诊患者的健康教育,患者满意度增加,对于疾病的健康知识有所提高,有效提高护理效果。Objective To study the effect of standardized health education nursing intervention for outpatients on their prognosis and quality of life. Methods 80 cases of outpatients diagnosed in various departments in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 were extracted monthly, and 480 cases were selected as the control group in total, 80 cases of outpatients diagnosed in various departments in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2016 were extracted monthly, and 480 cases were selected as the experimental group in total, and the experimental group adopted health education nursing, the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention, and the diagnosis satisfactory degree of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The most satisfactory rate, satisfactory rate, unsatisfactory rate and total satisfactory rate were respectively 66.67%, 20.83%, 12.5% and 87.50% in the experimental group and 47.92%, 25.00%, 27.08% and 72.92% in the control group, and the research results showed that the total satisfactory rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group with statistical significance, P≤0. 05. Conclusion Enhancing the health education for outpatients can increase the satisfactory degree of patients, improve the disease health knowledge of patients and effectively improve the nursing effect.
