细化管理在肿瘤科用药安全中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究细化管理在肿瘤科用药安全中的应用效果,以供临床参考以及研究。方法该研究对象从2014年10月—2016年1月于该院肿瘤科患者中选取118例,通过动态化随机分组的方法将其分为2组,对照组59例肿瘤科患者采用常规管理,观察组59例肿瘤科患者采用细化管理,探究118例肿瘤科患者经不同管理后的用药安全例数的差异性。结果通过该文研究结果中可以看出,在用药安全例数的比较中,观察组患者的结果(98.31%)明显优于对照组患者的结果(71.19%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细化管理在肿瘤科用药安全中具有一定的应用效果,能够有效降低患者出现不良情况的几率,保障患者的用药安全,从而促进患者的治疗,值得临床进一步应用以及推广。Objective To study the application effect of fine management in the medication safety in the department of oncology for clinical reference and research. Methods 118 cases of patients in the department of oncology in our hospital from October 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 59 cases in each, the control group adopted conventional management, the observation group adopted fine management, and the difference in the medication safety case after different managements was studied. Results The research results showed that the proportion of case with safety medication was obviously better than that in the control group（98.31% vs 71.19%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fine management has a certain application effect in the medication safety in the department of oncology, which can effectively reduce the probability of adverse conditions and ensure the medication safety of patients thus promoting the treatment for patients, which is worth further application and promotion in clinic.
