摘　　要：目的探索疫苗冷链监管系统的效果。方法以辖区内的56台疫苗储存设备为监测对象,分别进行系统监测和人工监测,连续监测30 d,对监测温度和预警提示进行统计分析。结果系统监测到的温度差要明显高于人工监测到的温度差;系统监测提示次数明显多于人工监测提示次数。结论疫苗冷链监管系统便捷、真实、高效,效果良好,优势突出。Objective To explore the effect of vaccine and cold chain monitoring system. Methods 56 jurisdictional vaccine storage devices were used as the monitoring objects and were respectively given system monitoring and manual monitoring for 30 d in a row, and the monitoring temperature and warning prompt were counted and analyzed. Results The temperature difference of system monitoring was obviously higher than that of manual monitoring; and the prompt frequency of system monitoring was obviously more than that of manual monitoring. Conclusion The vaccine and cold chain monitoring system is convenient, true and effective with good effect and prominent advantages.
