摘　　要：我国基层民主选举观察尚处于起步阶段,而且是由政府主导,具有浓厚的官方色彩。社会组织介入我国基层民主选举观察,主要能够发挥第三方监督的优势,拓宽利益诉求表达渠道,提升观察结果公信力等方面的作用,是落实基层民主选举监督权的重要举措。当前,社会组织介入基层民主选举观察既面临着机遇,也面临着挑战,应当设计出切实可行、渐进式的实现路径。China＇s basic level election observation is at the initial stage, and is led by the government, has a strong official color. Social organizations participating in Chinese basic level election observation, is mainly to playthe advantages of the third party supervision, to broaden the channel of interest expression, to enhance the effect of the credibility and so on, also an important measure to implement the basic level election observation supervision. At present, social organizations to participate in basic level election observation is faced with both opportunities and challenges, the realization path should be designed to be practical and progressive.
