摘 要:首先对硫酸钙表面进行化学改性,然后将其添加到EP(环氧树脂)中,制得硫酸钙改性EP复合膜。研究结果表明:经化学改性后的硫酸钙能均匀分散在EP基体中,并且EP复合膜的弹性模量和防腐性能随改性硫酸钙掺量增加而增大;当w(改性硫酸钙)=10%(相对于EP基体质量而言)时,EP复合膜的弹性模量(为2.9 GPa)相对最大、腐蚀速率(为0.19 mm/a)相对最小;该EP复合膜可广泛应用于需要透明的高强度防腐涂层领域。A calcium sulfate modified EP composite film was prepared when the calcium sulfate, which surface was modified by chemical method, was introduced into EP. The research results showed that the chemical modified calcium sulfate could be evenly dispersed in EP matrix, and the elasticity modulus and erosion resistance of EP composite film were increased with increasing modified calcium sulfate. The EP composite film had the relatively maximal elasticity modulus (2.9 GPa) and the relatively minimal erosion speed (0.19 mm/a) when mass fraction of modified calcium sulfate was 10% in EP matrix. The EP composite film could be widely applied in some coat field with transparency, high mechanical strength and erosion resistance.
