高档办公楼工程项目中的节能型空调系统设计

摘　　要：上海吴中路51号工程由2栋办公塔楼和5栋多层别墅型办公楼组成。经多种方案比选后，最终决定对办公塔楼的空调冷热源采用水冷离心式冷水机组与燃气热水锅炉、别墅型办公楼空调冷热源采用地源热泵；大堂设置了全空气空调系统。标准办公间采用了分区风机盘管加新风空调系统。介绍了节能型空调通风系统的设计。可供类似项目借鉴。Shanghai Wuzhong Road 51 project consists of 2 office buildings and 5 multi-layer villa office buildings. After a variety of scheme comparison and selection, the final determination has been made as follows： the cooled centrifugal chiller and gas water boiler being used as air-conditioning cooling and heating source for the off^ce buildings; the ground- source heat pumps being used as air conditioning cooling-heating source for the villa office buildings; all lobbies being equipped with all-air air-conditioning system and all standard office rooms being equipped with partitioned fan coil plus fresh air air-condition system. The paper also introduces the design of these energy saving air-conditioning ＆ ventilation system, which can provide references for similar projects.
