利用塔吊进行高空喷淋在混凝土养护中的应用

摘　　要：塔吊高空喷淋养护系统配置了蓄水池和设置有流量计、水压表以及控制器的控制箱，利用雨水、生活废水、冲洗车系统用水、深井降水等回收中水，再采用塔吊高空喷淋技术对混凝土进行喷水养护。该系统可根据气温、湿度、风速和混凝土表面状况调节水流量、水压及喷淋时间，能较精确地控制混凝土养护的水量，达到混凝土养护和节约用水的目的。The tower crane overhead spraying and curing system consists of a reservoir and a control cabinet equipped with proper flow-meter, hydraulic pressure gauge and controllers. Furthermore, the rainwater, domestic wastewater, car- washing-system water and deep-well dewatering water shall be properly recycled, and then used for spraying and cudng concrete by using tower crane overhead spraying technology. Such system can adjust water flow rate, water pressure and spraying time according to temperature, humidity, wind speed and concrete surface condition, which can precisely control the water volume required for concrete curing, so as to achieve the purposes of concrete curing and watersaving.
