摘　　要：针对工程机械变速箱的装配、拆解、检修工艺流程,研制了一种可实现变速箱的夹持、翻转、定位及移动的移动式工程机械变速箱翻转台。应用有限元分析法,对变速箱夹具强度校核。通过载荷分析,设计蜗轮蜗杆传动装置实现变速箱的翻转及定位,采用轨道及带有钢质车轮的底盘实现翻转台的平稳移动。结果表明,该翻转台能有效提高变速箱检修效率。In view of the working process of assembly, dismantling and overhaul of construction machinery gearbox, a mobile assembly table that implements the fixating, turning over, positioning and moving of the gearbox was designed. The strength of the fixture was verified by finite element analysis. The worm and worm gear were designed to realize the turning over and positioning of the gearbox in terms of the load analysis, and tracks and chassis with steel wheels enable the the steady movement of the assembly table. The results show that the efficiency of troubleshooting is enhanced.
