Comprehensive Recovery of Copper,Gold and Iron From Gossan Ore and High-Sulfur Semi-Oxidized Ore in Derrni,Qinghai

摘  要:青海德尔尼铁帽矿和高硫半氧化矿较难分选,研究了采用焙烧—酸浸—氰化浸出工艺从中回收铜、金、铁。结果表明:在m(氧化矿)∶m(高硫半氧化矿)=1∶1、矿石粒度-75μm占81.5%、焙烧温度580℃、焙烧时间2h条件下对混合矿石进行焙烧,然后在液固体积质量比2∶1、体系初始酸质量浓度45g/L、浸出时间1h条件下从焙砂中浸出铜,铜浸出率达88.26%;对酸浸渣,用初始质量浓度2g/L的氰化钠溶液滚瓶浸出24h,金浸出率达85.43%,同时获得铁精矿。该研究为类似复杂氧化矿和半氧化矿的开发利用提供了新思路。The gossan ore and high-sulfur semi-oxidized ore in Derrni,Qinghai are very difficult to separate.By the processes of roasting-acid leaching-cyanide leaching to recovery Cu,Au and Fe were studied.The results show that the roasting optimum conditions are m(gossan ore)∶m(highsulfur semi-oxidized ore)of 1∶1,grain size of 81.5%for-75μm,roasting temperature of 580℃and roasting time of 2 h.The leaching rate of copper is 88.26% under the optimum conditions of V(liquid)∶m(solid)of 2∶1,initial acidity of 45g/L,acid leaching time of 1h.Acidic leaching residue is leached using sodium cyanide solution,gold leaching rate is 85.43% under the initial sodium cyanide concentration of 2g/L and leaching time of 24 h.The leaching residue is iron concentrate product.The results provide a new way for exploitation and utilization of similar complicated oxidize ore and highsulfur semi-oxidized ore.
