摘 要:研究了从银氧化炉、银转炉等粗银熔炼过程中产生的含银烟灰中采用高温水洗、酸性氧化浸出、沉淀、洗涤等工序回收氯化银。结果表明:含银烟灰经高温水洗后,在反应温度85℃、硫酸用量为干原料质量的50%、氧化剂用量为干原料质量的5%、液固体积质量比4∶1的最佳条件下用硫酸氧化浸出5h,浸出液经氯化沉淀、沉淀物洗涤净化得到较纯氯化银,银直收率在98%以上,氯化银纯度在99%以上。Recovery of silver chloride from silver-containing dust produced in the process of silver oxidation furnace,silver converter and other crude silver smelting by high temperature washing,acidic oxidation leaching,precipitation and washing was studied.The results show that the silver in silvercontaining dust can be recoveried after the silver-containing dust was washed using water at high temperature,and was leached using sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate under the conditions of reaction temperature of 85 ℃,amount of sulfuric acid of 50%(relative to the quality of dust),amount of oxidant of 5%(relative to the quality of dust),liquid-to-solid ratio of 4∶1and leaching time of 5h.The silver chloride with high purity can be obtained.Silver direct recovery rate is over 98%and purity is over 99%.
