摘　　要：目的调查艾迪注射液在临床的应用情况,分析存在的问题并提出对策,为促进临床规范用药提供参考。方法抽取2016年3-4月份某三级甲等医院肿瘤科使用艾迪注射液的出院病历106份为研究对象,对艾迪注射液的使用情况进行调查分析。结果艾迪注射液在临床使用过程中存在一系列问题,如未根据中医理论辨证施治、重复用药、用量和疗程不符合药品说明书要求等情况。结论临床使用艾迪注射液应坚持以中医药理论进行辨证论治,并参照《中成药临床应用指导原则》和药品说明书规范使用。Objective To provide basis for rational use of Aidi injection by investigating and analyzing its clinical use. Methods We collected 106 cases of reports of carcinoma patients who received Aidi injection between March 2016 and April 2016 in oncology department of our hospital. We investigated and analyzed the use of Aidi injection. Results There were many problems in the clinical use of Aidi injection, such as treatment not on the basis of TCM theory, repeated medi- cation, and the dosage and duration of treatment failed to meet the drug instructions. Conclusion Aidi injection should be used on the basis of TCM theory in clinic, and in aecordence with the Clinical application guidelines of traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription and the drug instructions.
