摘　　要：老龄化背景下,加快养老产业多元化发展具有重要意义。养老产业的发展不能适应老龄化背景下养老社会化的需要,存在诸多问题。既有行业自身原因,也有政府层面上和投资体制不健全的原因。加快养老产业多元化发展,必须编制好产业发展规划、落实产业发展政策、完善社会保障制度、转变政府职能等。In the background of aging, accelerating the diversified development of pension industry is of major significance,the development of pension industry fails to meet the demands of pension socialization in the background of aging with many issues due to the industry, government and imperfect investment system, and we must make a good industrial development plan, implement the industrial development policy and change the functions of government in order to accelerate the diversified development of pension industry.
