摘　　要：目的了解淮安市淮安区居民意外伤害的流行特征和变化趋势,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法 2012—2015年死因登记报告系统中意外伤害的死亡监测资料进行分析。结果 2012—2015年淮安区居民伤害平均死亡率为12.71/10万,在死因顺位中排第3位。伤害死亡的前五位依次为交通事故、溺水、自杀、意外跌落和意外中毒,意外伤害死亡男性高于女性。结论意外伤害是淮安区居民的主要死因之一,交通事故是意外伤害之首,应引起重视,采取有效的干预措施对减少居民意外伤害死亡有重要意义。Objective To know the epidemic characteristics and change trend of accidental injury of residents in Huaian district in Huaian and provide scientific basis for making the preventive and control measures. Methods The injury death monitoring data in the death registration reporting system from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method. Results The average death rate of resident injury in Huaian district from 2012 to 2015 was 127.1/100 thousand, ranking No.3, the top 5 of injury death were in turn traffic accident, drowning, committing suicide, accidental falling and accidental poisoning, and the accidental injury death in male was higher than that in female. Conclusion The accidental injury is one of the major deaths of residents in Huaian district, and the traffic accident is the first of accidental injury,and we should pay attention to it and adopt effective intervention measures to reduce the accidental injury death of residents, which is of major significance.
