摘　　要：目的了解社会药店避孕药品咨询服务现状。方法在吉林省益和大药房抽样选取156家连锁药店,采用调查问卷对自愿参加调查的药学工作者和消费者进行调查,收集药店销售的计划生育用品咨询和服务提供等信息。结果共调查156位药店药学人员,问卷有效率100%,调查对象以23~60岁、女性、具备医药相关专业大专以上,包括执业药师、店员、初级药师人群为主。调查对象报告,购买计划生育产品的顾客占药店所有顾客的8.2%;42.7%的店员会经常主动向购买避孕药品的顾客提供咨询,但只有49.3%认为只有少数顾客愿意接受避孕咨询。结论群众对避孕的预防意识和药物避孕效果认识不足,建议社会公开宣传倡导科学避孕;拓展咨询服务路径,社会药店在提供计划生育服务方面作用和潜力巨大,应加强药店药师及店员的服务意识和能力的培训,提高服务质量。Objective To know the consulting service status of contraceptive drugs carried out by social pharmacy. Methods156 chain pharmacies in Yihe pharmacy in Jilin province were selected, the pharmacists and consumers volunteering to take part in survey were surveyed by questionnaires, and the information on consulting and service of family planning products in pharmacy on sale were collected. Results 156 cases of pharmacy staff were surveyed, and the effective rate of questionnaire was 100%, the survey objects were mainly female aged 23~60 with college in relevant medical major or above, including licensed pharmacist, clerks and primary pharmacist population. The survey report showed that the customers purchasing family planning products accounted for 8.2% in all pharmacy customers, 42.7 percent of clerks actively provided consulting for customers purchasing contraceptive drugs, but only 49.3% supposed that only few customers were glad to accept the contraceptive consulting. Conclusion The preventive awareness and drug contraceptive effect recognition of people are insufficient, the society is suggested to advocate scientific contraception in public and expand consulting service path, and the effect and potential of social pharmacy in providing family planning service are enormous, therefore, we should strengthen the training of service awareness and ability of pharmacists and clerks and improve the service quality.
