护理人文在责任制整体护理服务模式中的体现

摘　　要：随着社会的进步,人们的生活水平越来越高,对健康的要求也越来越高,人们在医院寻求的不仅仅是治疗疾病,同时还需要来自医务工作者的人文关怀。社会的进步带来了医学模式的改变,我国护理工作从一开始的功能制护理模式到现在的责任制整体护理服务模式经过了半个世纪的时间,现在,我国大部分医院护理工作都采用责任制整体护理服务模式。2010年原卫生部要求在护理工作中要改变护理工作模式,改变原来的护理理念,坚持以人为本,这要求护理工作人员不仅要对患者的身体健康提供护理,还要对患者的心理方面、精神方面、以及社会功能方面提供护理,所以护理工作人员要有较高的人文关怀知识与能力。为了提高护理工作人员的人文关怀能力,加快责任制整理护理服务模式的发展,该文首先介绍护理人文的基本内容,其次介绍责任制整体护理服务的内容,最后介绍护理人文在责任制整体护理服务模式中的体现。With the progress of society, people＇s living standards are increasingly higher, and has a higher and higher requirement for health, people in the hospital not only want to treat diseases, but also need the humanistic care of medical staff, the progress of society brings change to the medical mode, nursing work in our country was from the function system nursing mode at the beginning to responsibility system whole nursing service mode at present, and it takes 50 years, at present, the nursing work in most hospitals in our country adopt the responsibility system whole nursing service mode, in 2010,changing nursing work mode, changing previous nursing notion and insisting on ＂the idea of humanity＂ in the nursing work are required by the ministry of health, which requires the nursing work staff not only provide nursing for the physical health of patients, but also provide nursing for psychology, mind and social function, therefore, nursing work staff should have higher humanistic care knowledge and ability. In order to improve the humanistic care ability of nursing work staff and accelerate the development of the responsibility system whole nursing service mode, the paper firstly introduces the basic content of nursing humanity, secondly introduces the content of the responsibility system whole nursing service mode and finally introduces the reflection of nursing humanity in the responsibility system whole nursing service mode.
