摘　　要：随着医师技术水平的提高及医疗器械的更新,经颈静脉肝内门体分流术已广泛应用于临床,大量的临床病例证实经颈静脉肝内门体分流术可有效降低门静脉压力,改善肝硬化患者肝功能,降低患者的死亡率。该文着重研究TIPS术的适应证、禁忌证,为临床工作提供指导。With the improvement of physician skill level and updating of medical devices, the transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt has been widely used in clinic, a large number of clinical cases prove that the transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt can effectively reduce the ortal venous pressure, improve the liver function of patients with cirrhosis and reduce the death rate of patients. The paper especially researches the indication and contraindication of TIPS operation and provides guidance for clinical work.
