摘  要:以孟村煤矿主立井装备为例,对罐道、罐道梁、井梁连接、防腐设计等内容进行了详细的叙述。针对大型提升容器井筒装备中罐道梁跨度大、受力大,挠度难以控制的问题,提出了增加罐道梁支承梁的方式以减小挠度,并对此建立了力学计算模型,给出了支承梁的连接方式和计算校核方法,使此类井筒装备的设计更加安全可靠。Taking the equipment of Mengcun mine main vertical shaft as an example, the shaft guide, bunton, attended model and anticorrosion design are detailed. Since buntons used in large ship are often long-spaned and heavily loaded, the deflection is usually excessive. In order to solve this problem, the paper proposes a scheme to support the bunton with a beam. The beam structure feature and strength calculation are also given, to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
