摘  要:目的对新生儿呕吐应用小剂量红霉素治疗的临床效果进行系统探讨。方法整群选择该院儿科于2015年3月—2016年3月收治的86例患有呕吐的新生儿纳入该研究中,基于入院时间随机分成探究组和参照组,均为43例。参照组给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上探究组加用小剂量红霉素,用药5 d,观察新生儿进奶量、体质量增加、呕吐次数等指标,以此对两组临床疗效予以评价。结果经治疗后,探究组临床总有效率达到93.1%,要高于参照组的76.7%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);在治疗中两组均为未出现明显不良反应(P>0.05)。结论对于新生儿呕吐,在常规用药基础上加用小剂量红霉素效果更确切,可有效改善临床病症,无明显不良反应,具有重要临床实践意义。Objective Neonatal vomiting clinical effect of low-dose erythromycin treatment systematically explored.Methods Group choose our hospital of pediatrics in March 2015 to March 2016 treated 86 cases of newborns with vomiting in this study, based on the random time into explore hospital group and control group, were 43 patients. Control group given con-ventional treatment, on the basis of exploring group combined with small dose of erythromycin, medicine for five days, ob-serving the newborn into the milk and body quality to increase the number, vomiting and other indicators, to comment on two groups of clinical curative effect.Results After treatment, to explore the clinical total effective rate reached 93.1%, 76.7% higher than that of control group, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); Two groups of blood CRP were decreased after treatment, to explore group improved more better than the control group, there are differences, there is statistical significance (P〈0.05);In the treatment of two groups were not significant adverse reaction (P〉0.05).Conclusion For neonatal vomiting, and on the basis of conventional drugs combined with small dose of erythromycin effect is more ac-curate, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, no significant adverse reactions, clinical practice significance.
