摘　　要：目的评价迈瑞CAL 8000全自动血细胞流水线的主要性能指标。方法整群选取北京医院检验科临检室2015年6—7月的8个工作日的1 360份标本进行比对。按照国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)和美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)公布的评价方案进行性能评价。结果迈瑞BC6800的精密度、总重复性符合要求(CV<5%),整体携带污染情况比较低。通过检验发现,WBC以及HGB等线性都比较好,可以全面覆盖临床标准当中的浓度范围。BC6800与XE5000进行全方位的对比,经过对比发现其相关系数都超过0.97,这一结果也代表了仪器的相关性比较理想。结论血细胞分析仪性能良好,符合实验室性能指标。Objective To evaluate the main performance indexes of MINDRAY CAL 8000 automatic blood cell line. Methods Group selected the 1 360 Samples in 8 working days from July 2015 to June 2015, in Clinical Laboratory of Beijing Hospital.according to the Evaluation Program published by （ICSH）and NCCLS. Results The precision of the MIN-DRAY BC6800, the total repeatability of compliance with the requirements （CV〈5%）, the overall carrying pollution is rela-tively low. Through the inspection found that WBC and HGB are relatively good linear, can be fully covered with the con-centration range of clinical standards. To carry out a full range of contrast between BC6800 and XE5000, after comparison of the correlation coefficient is found to have more than 0.97, this result also represents the relevance of the instrument is relatively ideal. Conclusion The performance of the blood cell analyzer is good, which is consistent with the laboratory per-formance.
