胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折的手术治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的剖析胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折手术治疗的效果。方法整群择取该院2012年1月—2014年4月,接收的胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折者共76例。按照随机双盲法原理,将76例患者分成试验组与对照组,每组38例。试验组采取手术切开复位内固定术,对照组采取解剖型钢板固定术。观察两组疗效,比较骨折愈合时间。结果试验组骨折愈合时间为(4.8±0.2)个月,对照组为(5.7±0.4)个月。试验组明显短于对照组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组疗效的优良率为94.74%,对照组为84.21%。试验组明显高于对照组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极应用手术切开复位内固定术,同时结合患者病情,明确手术时机,可增强疗效,加快骨折创口的愈合速度。Objective To analyze the lower tibiofibula comminuted fracture of surgical treatment of the effect. Methods Group selection will pick our hospital from January 2012 to April 2014, received lower tibiofibula comminuted fracture is a total of 76 cases. Principle according to the randomized double blind method, 76 patients were divided into trial group and control group, each group of 38 cases. Experimental group adopt open reduction and internal fixation operation, the control group take the anatomic plate fixation. Observe two groups of curative effect, fracture healing time. Results After establish the control group, the results of the modified] experimental fracture healing time was （4.8 ±0.2） months, the control group was （5.7±0.4） months. Experimental group obviously shorter than the control group. Compared the two groups, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The curative effect of treatment group was 94.74%, the control group was 84.21%. Exper-imental group is significantly higher than the control group. Compared the two groups, the difference statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Positive application of open reduction and internal fixation operation, at the same time, combining with the patients, surgical timing, can enhance curative effect, speed up the wound healing of fracture.
