摘 要:【目的】探索泥鳅形态性状与体质量、净体质量的相互关系,为泥鳅的苗种选育工作提供科学依据。【方法】随机选取120尾放养于池塘生境的12月龄泥鳅同生群体为研究对象,逐一测量其体质量(BW)、净体质量(NW)、全长(X1)、体长(X2)、肛长(X3)、肛后长(X4)、肛围(X5)、肛部体高(X6)、肛部体宽(X7)、头长(X8)、头高(X9)、头宽(X10)、眼间距(X11)、鼻间距(X12)、躯干长(X13)、体高(X14)、体宽(X15)、尾柄长(X16)、尾柄高(X17)、背鳍周长(X18)、背鳍部体高(X19)、吻长(X20)和背前区长(X21)共23项性状,采用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析方法研究泥鳅形态性状对体质量、净体质量的影响效应。【结果】各项形态性状与体质量和净体质量的相关系数均达极显著水平(P<0.01);经通径分析发现,被保留的形态性状为全长(X1)、背鳍部体高(X19)和吻长(X20)3项,其对体质量、净体质量的决定系数总和分别为0.863和0.866,其中以背鳍部体高(X19)对体质量和净体质量直接作用最大,通径系数分别为0.490和0.487,全长(X1)对体质量和净体质量间接作用最大,通径系数分别为0.361和0.357;被保留形态性状与体质量和净体质量的多元回归方程分别为BW=0.103X1+0.745X19+0.279X20-10.092和NW=0.104X1+0.783X19+0.269X20-17.115。【结论】背鳍部体高可作为泥鳅苗种选育的核心性状,而全长可作为泥鳅苗种选育的相对重要性状。[Objective]In order to provide theoretical basis for artificial breeding of loach, the correlations between morphometric traits and any of body weight and net weight of adult Misgurnus anguillicandatus were studied. [Method]A total of 120 12-month-old M. angaillicandatus individuals were randomly sampled from pond for experiment. Their body weight(BW), net weight(NW), total length(X1), body length(X2), snout-vent length(X3), postanus length(X4), periproct (X5), anal body height(X6), anal body breadth(XT), head length(X8), head height(X9), head breadth(Xl0), interorbital space (X11), nasal space (X12), trunk length (X13), body depth (X14), body breadth (X15), caudal peduncle length (X16), caudal peduncle height (X17), dorsal fin girth (X18), body height on dorsal fin (X19), snout length (X20), predorsal length (X21) were measured. Then, the effect of these morphological traits on body weight and net weight was studied through correlation analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis. [ Result ]All correlation coefficients between phenotyoic traits and any of body weight and net weight were at extremely significant level(P〈0.01 ). The path analysis showed that, the total determination coefficients of three selected morphological traits(X1, X19, X20) to body weight and net body weight were 0.863 and 0.866, respectively, but the body height on dorsal fin(X19) had the largest direct effect on body weight and net body weight, the corresponding path coefficients were 0.490 and 0.487, respectively. The total length (X1) had the largest indirect effect on body weight and net body weight, the corresponding path coefficients were 0.361 and 0.357, respectively. Multiple regression equations of selected morphological traits with body weight and net weight were established, as follows: BW=0.103X1+0.745X19+0.279X20-10.092 and NW=0. 104X1+0.783X19+0.269X20-17.115, respectively.
