摘  要:齿槽转矩是有槽电机固有的特性,对电机起动、可靠性以及控制精度等都具有较大影响。以某型产品为实验载体,根据斜槽对电机齿槽转矩的抑制原理求得该产品的最佳斜槽角度;应用Ansfot Maxwell 3D分析直槽与斜槽对齿槽转矩的不同影响,得到两种定子结构电机齿槽转矩的仿真曲线,对比分析两种曲线表明特定斜度的斜槽对电机齿槽转矩具有显著的抑制作用;根据平衡法搭建了试验台,对比分析仿真数值与实验结果,验证了有限元仿真方法的正确性。The cogging torque is a natural feature of the slot motor,which has great influence on the starting,reliability and control precision of the motor. Taking certain motor product as experimental subject,we obtained its optimal skew angle based on the inhibition principle of the skewed slot on the cogging torque. By analyzing the different influences of vertical slot and skewed slot on the cogging torque using Ansfot Maxwell 3D,we obtained the simulation curves of the cogging torque of the two kinds of stator structure. The two curves showed that a slot with specific skewness had obvious inhibitory effect on the cogging torque. We then built a test- bed using the balance method,and by comparing the simulation data with the experimental results,we confirmed the correctness of the finite element simulation.
