摘　　要：延安某化工厂200 t/h低浓度污水处理单元负荷增加,造成出水总铁、浊度和悬浮物等指标不合格,不能满足循环冷却水补充水水质的要求,通过技术改造新增锰砂除铁过滤装置,使出水中总铁、浊度和悬浮物等指标满足循环冷却水补充水的要求,每年可节约水资源144万t,节能费用547.2万元,同时减少了污水排放,减轻了环境污染。The increasing load of low concentration sewage treatment unit（200 t/h） of a Yan＇an caused total iron, turbidity, suspended solids and some other indexes of the discharged which could not meet the requirement of make-up water of circulating cooling water system. By tion and adding manganese sand iron-removing filter, the mentioned indexes of the discharged chemical plant in water unqualified, technical renovawater met the requirement of make-up water of circulating water system, 1,440,000 t of water and 5.472 million yuan could be saved per year, meanwhile, the sewage discharge was reduced and the environment pollution was alleviated also.
