摘　　要：随着国家对高等院校科研投入的增加,高校大型仪器设备的管理问题引起了社会的关注。分析了河北农业大学大型仪器设备共享平台中仪器设备的绩效问题,同时利用该学校2014年大型仪器设备的截面数据估计了柯布道格拉斯生产函数。模型结果说明,科研和教学投入机时对科研产出影响是显著的,且科研投入的效果要好于教学;同时,耗材和试剂的投入对科研产出的影响也是显著的,但影响程度较小。实证分析的结果还说明,学院之间的管理与学科差异对科研产出的影响较大。因此,在未来大型仪器管理中要进一步合理安排教学和科研的使用机时,加强仪器设备的管理,进而提高仪器设备的使用效率。With the increase of investment about research in universities, the management of large-scale instruments and equipment in university is aroused growing concern in society. This study will analyze the performance problems of large-scale instruments and equipment in Agricultural University of Hebei of 2014 and this dates from large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform, while the use of the school＇s cross-sectional data is estimated Cobb-Douglas production function. Estimation results of the model description, the Investment in research and teaching are remarkable for research output and research investment is better than teaching;at the same time, input supplies and reagents are also significant for research outpu, but it is a lesser extent. The analysis of structure empirical also shows that, there is a greater impact on research
