摘  要:为了分析10种国产姜黄属(Curcuma)植物的亲缘关系和遗传多样性,运用ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)分子标记,从80条引物中筛选出23条引物可以对姜黄属物种进行遗传分析,共扩增出198条多态性带,多态性条带比率(PPB)为94.73%。利用NTSYS-pc软件计算69份材料间的遗传相似系数为0.63~0.98,平均为0.805。根据ISSR进行聚类分析可将69份材料分为三大类。结果表明川郁金可能是姜黄的栽培变种,同时种间的亲缘关系与地理环境有一定的关系,因此,ISSR分子标记是一种分析姜黄属植物遗传多样性十分有效的方法。To analyze relationship and genetic diversity among ten species of Chinese Curcuma, by using ISSR (inter-simple sequence repeat) makers, a total of 198 products were found to be polymorphic based on 23 primers picked of 80 primers and the percentage ofpolymorphic bands (PPB) was 94.73%. We used NTSYS-pc to calculate GS value, of which the various ranges in all the materials was 0.63-0.98, with an average of 0.805. According to ISSR analysis, the 69 materials could be divided into three categories. The results showed that C. Chuanhuangjiang was probably mutation from C. longa L., and there have been a certain relationship between the genetic relationship among the species and geographical environment. Therefore, ISSR was a useful method to assess the genetic relationships among Curcuma species.
