摘 要:本研究从栽培学角度研究了甘肃河西走廊地区板蓝根由于当年抽薹,造成产量降低、药用根严重木质化、药用价值降低等问题。为此安排品种与栽培试验6项,寻找该地区板蓝根当年抽薹的原因及解决办法,同时确定适宜品种、播期、密度、施肥及栽培方式。结果表明:当年播种后抽薹的板蓝根母根所收获的种子种植后抽薹率达35%,是造成板蓝根当年播种当年抽薹的主要因子,同时证明当年抽薹的种子是受遗传作用,种子在收获时已经部分完成春化;过早播种是造成板蓝根提前春化当年抽薹的次要因子。In this research we studied the problems of yield reducing, medicinal root serious lignification and medicinal value decreasing for Radix Isatidis on the aspect of cultivation, which was in Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province caused by bolting. We arranged six varieties and cultivation experiment to search the reason and solution of Radix Isatidis annual bolting, and meanwhile we determined the suitable variety, sowing date, density, fertilization and cultivation methods. The results showed the seeds bolting rate was 35% which harvested from the maternal plant of bolting annual isatidis root. This was the main factor of isatis root sowing and bolting in the same year which proved that the genetic had an effect on seeds bolting, and the seeds had been partially complete vernalization when harvest. Early sowing was the secondary factor which caused advance vernalization and bolting of isatis root.
