摘  要:利用常压室温等离子体(ARTP)处理玉米种子和花粉,研究其对玉米种子萌发、幼苗生长和花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:ARTP处理5 min、15 min、30 min对玉米种子出芽率没有作用,但是影响了其幼苗的生长:随着处理时间的延长,幼苗干重逐渐增加;同对照相比,ARTP处理30 min幼苗显著增长,而幼苗根长/苗高比值降低。随着ARTP对玉米花粉处理时间的增加(0 s,18 s,54 s,90 s,144 s,180 s,270 s,360 s),花粉萌发率大幅度降低,处理360 s时,花粉萌发率接近为零。本研究将有利于ARTP在玉米诱变育种中的应用。Atmospheric and Room Temperature Plasma (ARTP) was used to treat maize seed and pollen, and its effect on maize seed germination, seedling growth and pollen germination was studied. Results showed that after treating maize seed for 5min, 15rain and 30min, ARTP had no effect on maize seed germination rate, but it influenced the growth of their seedlings the dry weight of maize seedlings increased as the treatment time extended; compared with the control, treated by ARTP for 30 min, maize seedling length significantly increased while the ratio of root length to seedling height declined. As the increase of ARTP treatment time (0 s, 18 s, 54 s, 90 s, 144 s, 180 s, 270 s, 360 s) on maize pollen, the germination rate of pollen obviously decreased, and under 360s ARTP treatment, the pollen germination rate nearly was zero. This study will contribute to the application of ARTP in mutation breeding of maize.
