摘　　要：研究创新型实验是带有探究性的综合型实验,是培养学生创新能力的一种教学模式。我校生物工程专业对研究创新型实验的来源、内容组织、实验过程的指导等方面进行了有益的尝试与探索。其中以实验内容的组织最为关键,内容既要符合研究创新型实验的要求,又要考虑学生能力、实验时间等因素的限制,还要有一定的扩展以满足不同层次学生的要求,以95%学生在教学计划的时间内能获得最终的、可信的实验结果进行内容的组织。经过多年的教学实践,对其不断地加以修订,形成颇有成效的创新型生物化学实验。Innovative experiment is a kind of comprehensive and explorative experiments for cultivating students＇ innovation ability in this teaching mode. The source,content and guidance in the experimental process of innovative experiment were explored beneficially in the bioengineering department at our university. The results show that the organization of experiment content is the most essential part,about the experiment content it should be considered both the requirement of innovative experiment and the ability,time of students and also considered the requirements of different levers of students. The experiment content is based on the facts that 95% of students can get the final reliable experiment results in the teaching plan time. The productive and creative biochemistry experiment has been formed through teaching practice of many years and continuously amendment.
