摘　　要：高校实验室是实验教学和科研活动的基地,实验室安全是教学和科研活动顺利开展的保证。生物类实验室是高校实验室的重要组成部分。根据生物类实验室发生事故的类型及特点,通过对此类实验室安全隐患的分析,提出了通过试剂、设备、生物安全、环境四个方面对生物实验室进行安全管理,减少安全隐患,有效预防安全事故发生的安全管理对策。Laboratories are bases for practical teaching and scientific research in universities. The laboratory safety is basic guarantee for the activities of teaching and research. Biological laboratory is the main component of university. The main safety hazard have been analyzed in biological laboratory based on the accidents happened before,and then some management measures was proposed. This research emphasized that biological laboratory safety management should be improved by strengthening the management of the chemicals,equipment,biosafety and environment. To reduce the potential safety hazard and prevent safety accident more effectively.
