摘　　要：目的开发门诊电子处方点评系统,提高医院处方点评工作效率。方法采用体系Client/Server结构,运用Web Service中间平台、PowerBuilder 9.0.3编程工具以及Oracle 11g数据库技术,通过与医院管理信息系统共享数据的方式,开发我院门诊电子处方点评系统并加以应用。结果该系统通过集成门诊电子病历、历史处方和检验报告查询系统,使得处方关联信息更全面;通过随机抽取方式对处方进行一般性或专项点评,保证处方点评过程的公平、公正。结论该系统的应用提高了处方点评工作效率,与临床科室共同提高了门诊处方质量及药师的专业素质。Objective To develop the electronic prescription evaluation system （EPES） , promote the working efficiency of hospital prescription evaluation. Methods The electronic prescription evaluation system was developed by using system structure of Client/Server, Web Service middleware, programming tool of PowerBuilder 9. 0. 3 and data- base technique of Oracle 11g and sharing Hospital Information System data. Results Integration of outpatient electron- ic medical records, historical prescriptions and medical test results query system in EPES could make the relationship of information more comprehensive. EPES can accomplish general and special prescription evaluation and also pledges the equity and justness of process by random sampling. Conclusion The operation of the EPES improves the quality of outpatient prescriptions and professional quality of pharmacists.
