摘　　要：布鲁氏菌病一直危害着动物和人类的健康,更是影响到畜牧业发展和公共卫生等社会问题。一直以来,各界实验室都在寻求一种快速、准确的实验室检测方法来确诊布病。大连市兽医实验室共对大连26个乡镇12900份羊血清进行检测,发现cELISA检测方法无论是特异性、重复性都优于其他血清学检测方法,更适合大连兽医实验室的应用和推广。Brucellosis not only has endangered animal and human health, but also has affected the development of animal husbandry and public health and other social issues. All the laborato- ries are looking for a fast and accurate laboratory tests method to confirm the diagnosis of brucellosis. 12 900 goat serum in 26 towns in Dalian have been tested by Dalian Veterinary Laboratories. It shows that cELISA is better than other serological methods in specific detection and repeatability, cELISAis more suitable for application and promotionby veterinary laboratories in Dalian.
