氨磷汀治疗鼻咽癌患者的不良反应观察与护理

摘　　要：总结了141例应用氨磷汀的晚期鼻咽癌患者的不良反应的观察与护理。主要包括心理护理、用药护理、不良反应的观察及护理等护理措施。认为加强观察及护理,及时发现并干预恶心、呕吐、血压下降等药物不良反应,可提高治疗的安全性和有效性。This article summarized the experience of observation and nursing about the adverse reaction of amifostine in the induction chemo- therapy and concurrent radiochemotherapy of 141 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The nursing interventions including psychological nursing,medication nursing, adverse reaction nursing. It suggested that the adverse reactions of amifostine, including nausea, vomiting, decreased blood pressure and other adverse reactions, should be observed, nursed and treated properly in order to improve the safety and effica- cy of the treatment.
