摘　　要：文章从煤矸石特点入手,分析了煤矸石利用对环境的积极和负面影响,提出要高度重视煤矸石开发利用工作,以及新形势下煤矸石利用的策略。If the long-term waste of gangue is not used, it will have a very bad impact on the environment, in fact, this is environmental protection work that should do a good job the development process of the coal industry, from this angle, the characteristics of gangue was briefly introduced in the paper, the positive effects and negative effects of the coal gangue utilization for the environment were analyzed. Thus, the strategies for utilization of coal gangue under the new situation were put forward in this paper, so as to provide the reference.
