摘　　要：双代号网络计划工作时间参数的计算是《工程项目管理》课程中的难点。鉴于一般教材对于时间参数计算的介绍篇幅、公式都较多,学生、技术人员难于理解。笔者根据自己多年的教学经验,首先介绍了6个时间参数及计算步骤,最后通过几个简单的公式给出了双代号网络计划时间参数计算的方法,有助于学生和工程管理技术人员的学习需要。Calculates arc network planning working time parameter is＂Project Management＂course in difficulty.Given the general presentation materials for space time parameter calculations, formulas are more students,technicians difficult to understand.The author based on their years of teaching experience, first introduced six time parameters and calculating step,and finally through a few simple formula gives the method-arc network planning parameter calculation time to help students learn project management and technical personnel need.
