摘　　要：为总结鞍区生殖细胞瘤的CT、MRI影像特征,选择6例鞍区生殖细胞瘤患者,男1例,女5例,年龄10~15岁,平均13岁,所有患者行CT及MRI检查。6例患者均经病理或随访证实为鞍区生殖细胞瘤。结合CT和MRI表现,可对鞍区生殖细胞瘤做出正确诊断,为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To summarize the imaging features of CT and MRI in the germ cell tumor tumors of lhe saddle region. Methods Analysis of 6 cases of germ cell tumor in the saddle area of our hospital, male I cases, female 5 cases, Age 10 - 15 years old, average age of 13 years. All patients underwent CT and MRI examination. Results 6 cases were confirmed by pathology or follow up as a saddle area germ cell tumor. Conclusion In the saddle area, germ cell tumors were more common in young women. The common symptoms of diabetes insipidus. Combining CT and MRI performance, can correctly diagnose the saddle area germ cell tumor, to provide basis for clinical treatment.
