舒适护理在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取小儿支气管哮喘患儿80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。2组均接受常规治疗。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组予舒适护理干预。比较2组总有效率、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率、住院时间及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理用于小儿支气管哮喘的治疗,能够显著提高治疗与护理的效果,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度。值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in children with bronchial asthma. Methods 80 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. 2 groups were treated with conventional therapy. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention. The total effective rate,length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the observa- tion group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children, can significantly improve the effect of treatment and nursing, shorten the hospital stay, improve nursing satisfaction. Worthy of clinical popularization and application.
