高血压脑出血微创穿刺引流治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血临床效果。方法整群选择2014年10月—2015年10月该院收治的高血压脑出血患者148例,将患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组74例。治疗组给予微创穿刺引流术治疗,对照组给予开颅血肿清除术治疗。记录两组患者治疗有效率及并发症、死亡率发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为82.43%,对照组总有效率为69.57%,经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血患者,并发症少、效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective Discussion minimally invasive drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage clinical effect.Methods Group select 148 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in October 2014— October 2015 were treated in hospital, patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 74 cases in each group. The treatment group received minimal invasive puncture and drainage treatment, control group received craniotomy treatment. Record efficient and complications, the incidence of mortality in two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was82.43%, the control group total effective rate was 69.57%, after statistical treatment, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,less complications, the effect is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
