摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节骨创伤采取关节镜微创技术治疗的效果。方法整群选择该院2013年3月—2015年10月接诊的膝关节骨创伤患者74例进行研究,按照随机数字法将他们分为2组,每组37例,对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施关节镜微创技术治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果研究组总有效率为94.59%,对照组则为78.38%,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创技术应用在膝关节骨创伤患者中可明显改善临床效果,促进患者早日康复,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the trauma of knee arthroscopy minimally invasive treatment to take effect. Methods Group selection hospital in March 2013 to October 2015 admissions of 74 patients with traumatic knee osteoarthritis were studied, according to the law they randomly divided into two groups of 37 patients in the control group to implement conventional therapy, the study group to implement arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment, comparison of two clinical effect in patients. Results The total effective rate was 94.59%, compared with 78.38% in the control group, the study group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of minimally invasive techniques in arthroscopic knee bone trauma patients can significantly improve clinical results, and promote early recovery of patients, it is worth learning from.
