慢性心衰急性加重期应用米力农治疗的临床优势分析

摘　　要：目的研究慢性心衰急性加重期应用米力农治疗的临床优势。方法研究对象:方便选取该院2013年4月—2015年2月收治的83例慢性心衰急性加重期患者。患者分组方法:抽签法。83例患者分为常规组和试验组两个组别。常规组常规方法治疗;试验组在常规组基础上加用米力农治疗。观察指标:1总有效率;2给药前和给药5 d后患者左室射血分数、左室舒张末内径、脑钠肽、6 min步行试验的差异。结果 1试验组95.24%的总有效率相比于常规组总有效率75.61%更高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;2给药前两组左室射血分数、左室舒张末内径、脑钠肽、6 min步行试验相似,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;给药5 d后试验组相比于常规组左室射血分数、左室舒张末内径、脑钠肽、6 min步行试验改善更显著,其中,试验组分别为(36.18±5.71)%、(59.22±3.59)mm、(1 825.58±423.26)ng/L、(310.18±46.71)m,常规组分别为(33.43±4.29)%、(60.11±4.94)mm、3 117.28±531.12)ng/L、(220.43±56.29)m,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论慢性心衰急性加重期应用米力农治疗的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者心功能,对患者预后有益,值得推广。Objective The clinical application of milrinone in the treatment of the predominant period of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. Methods Convenient selection 83 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to February 2015 83 patients were divided into normal group and experimental group two groups. Conventional group routine treatment; Experimental group on the basis of conventional group add force rice farming.Observation indexes：①the total effective rate; ②drug delivery and drug delivery in 5 days before patients with left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, brain natriuretic peptide, the differences between the 6 minutes walk test. Results①the experimental group was 95.24% of the total efficiency compared to the conventional group total effective rate 75.61% higher, statistically significant difference,P〈0.05;②before the administration of two groups of left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter, brain natriuretic peptide, the 6 minute walk test is similar to that of t the statistical test showed no significant difference, P〈0.05; after 5 days of treatment in experimental group compared to the conventional group of left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter, brain natriuretic peptide, the 6 minute walk test is more significantly improved, the test group were（36.18±5.71）%,（59.22±3.59）mm, 1 825.58±423.26）ng/L,（310.18±46.71）m and control group were（33.43±4.29）% and（60.11±4.94） mm,（3 117.28±531.12） ng/L,（220.43±56.29） m, the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Acute aggravating period of chronic heart failure m force farmers treatment the clinical effect of precise, which can effectively improve cardiac function in patients with, is good for the prognosis of patients, is worth promoting.
