超声在老年心力衰竭左心功能评价中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究超声在老年心力衰竭(Heart failure,HF)左心功能评价中的应用价值。方法方便选择2015年1—12月在该院接受超声检查的HF患者88例,分为SHF(收缩性HF)组(n=48)与DHF(舒张性HF)组(n=40),选择同期健康体检的正常人46名纳入正常组。三组均行彩色超声仪检测,比较三组左心功能指标。结果 DHF组左房内径(46.82±5.49)、左室后壁厚度(10.92±1.83)高于正常组左房内径(44.03±4.29)、左室后壁厚度(9.50±0.82),E/A(0.79±0.11)低于正常组(1.22±0.26),P<0.05;SHF组左室内径(60.03±6.12)、左房内径(38.61±4.17)及左室后壁厚度(10.55±1.42)均高于正常组,心脏指数(2.26±0.83)、左室射血分数(0.34±0.03)及E/A(0.73±0.20)均低于正常组,P<0.05;DHF组左室后壁厚度、心脏指数(3.08±0.76)、左室射血分数(0.64±0.05)高于SHF组左室后壁厚度、心脏指数(3.08±0.76)、左室射血分数(0.70±0.07),左房内径(33.98±4.02)低于SHF组(27.99±3.10),P<0.05;结论超声在老年SHF、DHF左心功能评价中具有较高的应用价值。Objective Study on ultrasound in elderly patients with congestive heart failure（Heart failure, HF） application in the evaluation of left heart function.Methods In January to December 2015 forecast of December in our hospital for Ultrasound in patients with HF in 88 cases, divided into the SHF Group（n=48） with DHF Group（n=40）, choose healthy normal46 cases in the same period in the normal group.Three sets of color ultrasound tests were performed, compared three groups of left heart function.Results HF group left atrial diameter（46.82±5.49）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness（10.92±1.83） than normal left atrial diameter（44.03±4.29）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness（9.50±0.82）, E/A（0.79±0.11）lower than normal（1.22±0.26）, P〈0.05;SHF team left ventricle diameter（60.03±6.12）, left atrial diameter（38.61±4.17） and left ventricular posterior wall thickness（10.55±1.42） than in the normal group, cardiac index（2.26±0.83）, left ventricular ejection fraction（0.34±0.03） and E/A（0.73±0.20） than the normal group, P〈0.05;DHF, cardiac index of left ventricular posterior wall thickness（3.08±0.76）, left ventricular ejection fraction（0.64±0.05） above SHF of left ventricular posterior wall thickness, cardiac index（3.08±0.76）, left ventricular ejection fraction（0.70±0.07）, left atrial diameter（33.98±4.02） than the SHF Group（27.99±3.10）, P〈0.05.Conclusion Ultrasound in elderly patients with SHF, DHF in evaluation of left ventricular function with high value.
