摘　　要：目的探讨腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)检验法对结核性胸腹水的检测价值。方法方便选择2014年1月—2016年1月该院收治的45例结核性胸腹水患者作为研究组。选择同期收治的45例非结核性胸腹水患者作为对照组。两组患者均采取ADA检验,观察对比两组患者胸腹水ADA的测定结果与ADA阳性率。结果研究组ADA活性为(56.50±11.52)U/L,高于对照组的(8.90±2.65)U/L(P<0.05);研究组ADA阳性率为93.33%,高于对照组的8.89%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 ADA检验法在结核性胸腹水中具有显著的鉴别诊断价值,具有快速、简单、经济成本低等优势,适于临床应用与推广。Objective To study the adenosine deaminase（ADA） test for tuberculous chest the detection value of water.Methods Convenient selection from January 2014 to January 2014, our hospital 45 cases of patients with tuberculous chest water as a team. Two groups of patients were taken ADA test, observation compared two groups of patients with chest water ADA and ADA positive test results. Results The team ADA activity was（56.50±11.52） U/L, higher than the control group（8.90±2.65） U/L（P〈0.05）; The team ADA positive rate was 93.33%, 8.89% higher than that of control group,contrast difference is statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ADA test in the differential diagnosis of tuberculous chest water has significant value, is rapid, simple and lower economic cost advantage, is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
