一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿疾病的临床应用优势分析

摘　　要：目的研究一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿疾病的临床应用优势。方法病例资料整群选取于河南省焦作市第二人民医院肛肠科2014年3月—2016年3月期间收治肛周脓肿疾病患者65例,根据掷硬币法,分为2组,一次性根治组（33例）和传统术式组（32例）。传统术式组采取常规手术形式,一次性根治组采取一次性根治术治疗。就两组患者肛周皮肤复常时间、肛门功能复常时间、住院时间和手术治疗总效率进行比较。结果一次性根治组手术治疗总效率93.94%高于传统术式组75.00%,χ^2检验呈P〈0.05。一次性根治组患者肛周皮肤复常时间、肛门功能复常时间、住院时间分别为（4.74±1.85）min、（6.02±0.53）d、（8.52±2.92）d,均短于传统术式组的（6.14±1.91）min、（8.98±1.72）d、（11.26±3.57）d,t检验呈P〈0.05。结论一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿疾病的临床应用效果确切,可有效改善肛周脓肿症状,加速肛周皮肤和肛门功能复常,缩短治疗时间,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical application of disposable radical operation in the treatment of anal abscess disease. Methods Group selection 65 cases of patients with anal abscess disease in our hospital from March 2016 to March2014 were divided into 2 groups according to the coin toss method, and the traditional group and the traditional group were divided into groups. The traditional operation group was treated by routine operation, and the radical operation was performed in one group. In the two groups of patients with anal skin, the time of rehabilitation, anal function of the rehabilitation time, hospital stay and surgical treatment of total efficiency were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94% higher than that of the traditional operation group 75%, and the statistical treatment was P〈0.05,χ^2〈. One-time radical groups of patients with perianal skin recovery time, anal function recovery time, hospitalization time were（4.74 ± 1.85 min,（6.02 ± 0.53） d,（8.52 ± 292） d were shorter in the traditional operation, groups of（6.14 ± 1.91） min,（8.98 ± 1.72） d,（11.26 ± 3.57）d and t statistics processing was P〈0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of one-time radical operation in the treatment of anus week abscess disease is accurate, can effectively improve the symptoms of anal abscess,accelerate the anus and anus function, shorten the treatment time, it is worth promoting.
