摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道子宫输卵管造影对不孕症诊断的应用效果。方法整群选取2012年2月—2015年12月该院确诊的不孕症患者178例,采用SonoVue为超声造影剂,经阴道子宫输卵管造影作为观察组,腹腔镜检查作为对照组,比较输卵管通畅、通而不畅和阻塞准确率。结果观察组输卵管通畅诊断失误4例,阻塞诊断失误5例,准确率为94.9%,与对照组检查结果 (100%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道子宫输卵管造影诊断不孕症准确率高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of transvaginal uterine tube radiography in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods A total of 178 cases of infertile women with diagnosed in February 2012 to 2015 December, using Sono Vue ultrasound contrast agent, the vagina and uterus fallopian tube radiography as the observation group, the laparoscopic examination as control group tubal patency, connect and not free and blocking accuracy. Results In the observation group, there were 4 cases of tubal patency diagnosis, 5 cases of obstruction diagnosis, the accuracy rate was 94.9%, compared with the control group（100%）（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of infertility by transvaginal uterine tubal radiography is high, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
