高血压脑出血手术治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨适合高血压脑出血患者的手术方案,以提升患者疗效。方法方便选择2012年1月—2016年1月因患有高血压脑出血而进入该院接受相应诊疗的65例患者,根据其出血位置、出血量等信息,选择适合患者的术式展开治疗,并评定各种术式成效。结果经评估,65例患者中有7例已经康复,且其日常生活达到自理标准;34例患者出现功能障碍;14例患者处于植物生存状态;10例患者死亡。结论对高血压脑出血患者施行手术方案治疗,有助于改善患者病情、提升其治疗效果,值得推荐。Objective To summarize surgery for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, in order to enhance patient curative effect. Methods Convenient choose from January 2012 to January 2016, for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage into the diagnosis and treatment of 65 patients in our hospital to receive, bleeding the information such as location, blood loss, according to its choice of surgical treatment for patients, and assess various surgical results. Results 65 patients after evaluation, seven have been recovered, and the daily life to achieve on their own standard; Dysfunction observed in 34 patients; 14 patients in the plant survival state; Ten patients were dead. Conclusion The treatment of surgery in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, help to improve the patients, improve the treatment effect, is worth to recommend.
