紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗食道癌的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析紫杉醇联合顺铂在治疗食道癌上的临床疗效。方法整群选取郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院自2014年5月—2015年5月共收治的120例食道癌患者为研究对象,随机分成两组实验组60例与对照组60例,给予对照组以5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗,而给予实验组以紫杉醇联合顺铂进行治疗,分析并探讨两组患者的临床有效率。结果经统计分析,实验组患者中明显好转31例,好转24例,无效5例,总有效率为91.67%,对照组中明显好转16例,好转28例,无效16例,总有效率为73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对食道癌患者进行治疗时采用紫杉醇联合顺铂,可显著提高患者的临床有效率,大大减轻了患者的病痛,值得在临床上做进一步的推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods Group selection a total of Zhengzhou University; Luoyang Central Hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were treated 120 cases of esophageal cancer patients as the object of study were randomly divided into two groups of experimental group 60 cases and control group（60 cases）, given to the control group with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin in the treatment of, and give experimental group were treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin, analysis and study of two groups of patients with clinical efficiency. Results By statistical analysis, the patients in the experimental group significantly improved in 31 cases, improved in 24 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 91.67%. In the control group significantly improved in 16 cases, 28 cases improved, 16 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.33%, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paclitaxel Combined with cisplatin in the treatment of esophageal cancer patients can significantly improve the clinical efficiency, greatly reduce the patient＇s pain, it is worth in clinical practice to further promote the use of.
