摘  要:目的探讨3.0TMRI多序列扫描在颈动脉斑块分析中的应用效果,为临床诊断提供参考意见。方法方便选取并回顾性分析吉林市中心医院2014年1月—2016年2月所收治经超声检查确诊颈动脉斑块患者46例,均采用MRI进行颈动脉检查,经3D-TOF血管成像、磁敏感加权成像序列等程序后,选择42例图像质量合格者进行斑块分型,探讨稳定斑块与不稳定斑块在各扫描序列信号的表现特点。结果Ⅰ-Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型无纤维帽形成,Ⅳ-Ⅴ型中出现2例薄纤维帽,Ⅵ型中发生2例破裂纤维帽,Ⅶ型、Ⅷ型各见厚纤维帽2例;42例图像质量合格者中,不稳定斑块9例,破裂纤维帽4例,稳定型斑块7例,未出现纤维帽破裂。结论 3.0TMRI多序列扫描应用于颈动脉斑块临床诊断中,可以对不同性质斑块进行详细探查,发现其不同形态学表现特点,可作为临床无创性颈动脉检查的首选方式之一。Objective To explore the application effect of 3.0TMRI multiple sequence scanning in the analysis of carotid artery plaque, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods Convenient selection retrospective analysis of Jilin Central Hospital in January 2014 to February 2016 were 46 cases by ultrasound diagnosis in patients with carotid artery plaque, using MRI examination on carotid artery, after 3D-TOF angiography, magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging sequences, such as procedures, 42 cases of image quality qualified to patch type, of stable plaques and unstable plaques in the performance characteristics of the scanning signal sequence. Results The formation of the I - II type and III type of non fibrous cap and 2 cases with thin fibrous cap IV - V type, type VI occurred in 2 cases of rupture of the fibrous cap, type VII, VIII the thick fibrous cap in 2 cases; 42 cases of image quality in unstable plaques in 9 cases, 4 cases of rupture of fibrous cap, stable plaque in 7 cases, did not appear rupture of the fibrous cap. Conclusion 3.0TMRI multiple sequence scanning application in clinical diagnosis of carotid artery plaque can be of different plaques were detailed exploration and find the different morphological features, one as a clinical noninvasive carotid artery check the preferred way.
