带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长骨骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析在四肢长骨骨折患者中使用带锁髓内钉进行治疗的效果。方法方便选取该院于2013年1月—2016年1月收治的90例四肢长骨骨折患者作为研究对象,并将其平均分成45例对照组与45例观察组;对照组使用外固定方法进行治疗,观察组患者则使用带锁髓内钉方法进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的手术时间为(95.12±9.33)min,骨折愈合时间为(4.11±1.76)个月;对照组相应的为(120.09±10.27)min、(8.63±1.59)个月;观察组均明显短于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从骨折愈合的优良率情况看,观察组患者总优良率为97.78%,对照组为82.22%,观察组明显高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对四肢长骨骨折患者使用带锁髓内钉进行治疗,有助于提高治疗有效性,对降低手术风险、加快患者术后恢复进程以及提高恢复质量均具有积极意义,可推广。Objective To analyze the treatment effect in the use of interlocking intramedullary nail in patients with bone fracture. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital 90 cases of limbs long bone fracture patients from January 2013 to January 2016 as the research object and the average is divided into 45 cases of control group and 45 cases in the observa-tion group;control group used external fixation treatment, patients in the observation group using interlocking intramedullary nail treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results After treatment were observed groups of pa-tients at the time of surgery （95.12±9.33） min, fracture healing time of （4.11 ±1.76） months. The control group corresponding to （120.09 ± 10.27） min, （8.63±1.59） months;observation group were significantly shorter in the control group, and（P〈0.05）. From the excellent rate of fracture healing, the total excellent rate of observation group was 97.78%, the control group was 82.22%, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and（P〈0.05）. the difference was stcl-tistically siqni ficant. Conclusion Of limbs long bone fractures in patients with the use of interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment, help to improve the treatment efficiency, to reduce the operation risk and accelerate the postoperative recov-ery process and improve the quality of recovery has positive significance, and popularize.
