爱全乐联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨爱全乐联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作临床疗效。方法整群选取2011年12月—2015年12月该院确诊的286例支气管哮喘急性发作患儿,随机分为观察组(爱全乐联合布地奈德)和对照组(爱全乐),各143例,比较治疗效果和症状消失时间。结果观察组有效率为96.5%,对照组有效率为67.8%(P<0.05),观察组症状痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)羌率有统计学意义。结论爱全乐联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作临床效果满意。Objective To investigate the effects of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma clinical curative effect. Methods Group selection diagnosed in December 2011 to Decem-ber2015 286 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children were randomly divided into observation group （love the music combined with budesonide） and control group （Atrovent） 143 cases in each, compared the treatment effect and symp-tom recovery time. Results The differenre wes statistically significant 96.5%, the control group was 67.8% （P〈 0.05）, the observation group recovered time shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05）Thedifference was stati. Conclusion Atrovent combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children with satisfactory clinical results.
